      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute compensation philosophy, policies, and protocols by determining compensation offers and verifying data within the HRIS
      - Maintain effective communication with staff, candidates, and hiring managers regarding compensation policies and practices
      - Collaborate with departments and campus leadership on compensation practices and decisions
      - Conduct market research and participate in compensation surveys to assess market trends
      - Perform audits of internal compensation data to identify and resolve discrepancies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
      - 1-3 years of compensation experience or experience in a role requiring high analytical skills
      - Extensive knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
      - Proficient Microsoft Excel skills with a strong working knowledge of functions and tools
      - Ability to work outside of normal hours and maintain emotional control under stress
