      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and job titles for new and redesigned positions
      - Assist in the execution and administration of various compensation policies and programs
      - Develop and maintain job descriptions and a database for accessing compensation information
      - Participate in salary surveys and analyze compensation survey results
      - Provide support to HR regarding the interpretation of compensation practices and guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or accounting required, or equivalent years of experience
      - 2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding employee information
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
