      About the Role

      The Compensation Analyst will help enable team operations through running regular audits, analysis and with administrative support for the team. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented and proactive. In this role you will provide support in scaling compensation programs, contribute to the development of programs and tools for internal compensation consultants, and work with cross functional partners and vendors to ensure the team is able to maximize their operational capacity.
      You're excited about this role because you'll:
      • Conduct regular audits of compensation programs to ensure compliance and accuracy and perform ad hoc analysis to support compensation initiatives and decision-making.
      • Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation structures and guidelines.
      • Analyze market data and trends to ensure competitive compensation practices.
      • Collaborate with cross company stakeholders as well as vendors to improve operational efficiency of the team.
      • Support the implementation of compensation programs and initiatives.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the compensation function.
      • Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google suite, particularly Excel/gsheets; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
      • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math or a related field.
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with compensation software and tools.
      • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.

      Compensation

      The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

      In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

      The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.

      $74,800-$110,000 USD
