- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources or other business-related field
- Reporting. Work with HRIS to develop and build compensation reports and analytics to support internal and external business needs
- Maintain job descriptions. Research and verify qualifications/licenses, FLSA requirements and grading for appropriate job classifications
- Compensation Analysis. Collect and analyze competitive salary information based on market trends and make recommendations as appropriate
- Business analysis. Work to understand business needs and maintain a competitive compensation structure
- Compliance and auditing. Ensure compensation practices follow all laws and regulations and administer audits as needed

SUMMARY
As a Compensation Analyst, you play a key role in helping to ensure Rochester Regional Health employee compensation plans maintain market competitiveness, while enabling Rochester Regional to attract and retain top talent. You will analyze current compensation market trends, design strategic costing models and help shape the salary structure.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
