What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the US job architecture project and ensure accurate role evaluations in partnership with the HR team
- Create and analyze compensation dashboards to assist in informed decision-making on pay positioning
- Provide consultation to managers and HR partners on internal data trends and organizational design
- Manage participation in third-party market surveys to assess market pay rates and compensation budgets
- Maintain accurate documentation of compensation processes to aid transparency in compensation discussions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of compensation experience with a solid understanding of compensation practices and trends
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and nested functions
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a quantitative field
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations impacting compensation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing an independent workload and juggling multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Workday HCM is a plus
- CCP certification is a plus
