What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Create and maintain People data tools, reporting, and dashboards
- Respond to data requests and gather, analyze, and report relevant data
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payrolls
- Assist with annual compensation surveys and benefits data analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with multi-state payroll
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with enterprise systems like HRIS, ATS, LMS
- Highest level of integrity in all dealings with people

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau and UKG Ready suite
