- Research, analyze, and resolve benefit issues or inquiries escalated by the Customer Service Representative and other stakeholders
- Analyze job evaluations, administer equity reviews, job reclassifications and off-cycle salary increase
- Administer benefits including eligibility audits, new hire and new enrollment audits, termination, and life event changes, benefits reimbursement
- Work together with the Business HR and CoE to continuously improve compensation & benefits administration processes, procedures, and technologies
- Manage Benefits, Achieve Recognition and Global Mobility Invoices payment and follow up of each payment
- Support employees through the leave process with questions
- Follow up all the leaves status, entering pending leaves in Workday system, notifying the HRBP and payroll team about the pending leaves
- Follow up timely with people managers to confirm the Return-to-Work date.
- Manage all email communication from the vendor and communicate with employees, people managers and HRBP's as appropriate/needed, answering all questions from the vendor on employee status
- Knowledge of employee compensation & benefits
- Exhibits knowledge of HR operations
- Possesses working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple requests in a timely manner
- Ability to manage complex requests within tight deadlines
- Ability to resolve conflicts and mitigate difficult issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effectively manages ambiguity
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and strict policy guidelines
- Multi-lingual fluency: English and Portuguese are required
- University Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Familiar with general total rewards tools and processes (Compensations & Benefits)
- Ideally also familiar with LOA policies, FMLA and similar laws and regulations
- 1-2 years service center experience with direct customer interaction (nice to have)
- Ability to establish effective professional working relationships
- Consistent exercise of judgment and escalation as necessary to resolve problems
- Proficient use of applicable technology and MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing

The Compensation/Benefits & Leave of Absence Services Professional will provide functional expertise and specialized administration of compensation & benefits (South America) and will be responsible of providing expert services regarding Leave of Absence (US/CAN), managing escalations from customer interaction center, completing day to day operational work requiring leave process expertise, and providing system expertise and analytical capability to support CoEs and HRBPs.
