What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, resolve, and respond to customer complaints from various regulatory and consumer agencies
- Communicate directly with customers regarding follow-up and resolution to prevent additional escalations
- Collaborate with senior management across business lines to coordinate efforts in resolving complaints
- Utilize and update the centralized customer complaint database to ensure timely resolution of complaints
- Analyze complaint data for trends and areas of business risk, assisting with audit requests and responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Business or Legal Studies
- Minimum of two years of banking or legal services experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent de-escalation and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
