      Supporting You

      At Sonderwell, we don’t just focus on care; we focus on building relationships. You’ll receive online and classroom training specific to complex care needs and the opportunity to study for a relevant NVQ.

      You may work independently or as part of a team depending on the client’s needs. If you have the availability and interest, you can take on multiple clients.

      Before starting, you’ll have the chance to meet your client and their family, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the role. You’ll also have ongoing support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager and access to our Carer App, which provides essential insights and resources.
