- Remain present within the operation to lead and guide all Team Members and operations of the F&B division.
- Oversee the operations of Estuary restaurant and bar, Summit rooftop bar, In-Room Dining, Private Bar, and Banquets, while leading the respective managers and department heads of each outlet/department.
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
- Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
- Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.

Hilton San Francisco Union Square and Hilton Parc 55 are looking for a dynamic professional to join their team as the Complex Director of Food and Beverage! Located in the heart of the city, these bustling hotels are home to 177,000 square feet of event space, 7 food and beverage outlets including San Francisco's highest sky bar with panoramic views of the city by the bay.
What will I be doing?
As Director of Food & Beverage, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

The annual salary range for this role is $190,000.00 to $235,000.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
