What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and review compliance-related policies and procedures, ensuring their consistency and maintenance
- Assist in the escheatment process by identifying and reporting unclaimed properties
- Help create audit plans, conduct fieldwork, and prepare reports for audits
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements to maintain organizational compliance
- Support business units with compliance knowledge and due diligence assessments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance-related work, preferably in payment processing or insurance
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry, including Credit Cards and ACH
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements across all payment rails
- Strong investigative skills and ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
