What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in executing the annual compliance work plan and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations
- Create reporting capabilities for communicating department activities to Senior Leadership
- Implement and manage the SAI Global/Compliance360 platform to streamline compliance processes
- Partner with the Information Security Team to ensure compliance with HITRUST, HIPAA, and HITECH requirements
- Seek continuous process improvements within the compliance program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or a related field
- 2 years or more of direct experience in compliance or business analysis in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Compliance Program Requirements
- Ability to work independently and in teams while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with critical thinking abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years or more of direct experience in compliance or business analysis in the healthcare sector
- Experience utilizing the SAI360 platform
- Demonstrated process improvement skills
- Above-average technical abilities in software applications
