What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the collection, storage, and maintenance of compliance-related data
- Prepare periodic investor and grantor reports to ensure compliance
- Support the NMTC program by tracking compliance with allocation agreements and assisting with regulatory matters
- Help maintain ongoing compliance reporting for federal awards and institutional investors
- Participate in the preparation of periodic applications for CDFI and NMTC certifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in the nonprofit sector or community development finance
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com
- Intermediate experience with Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
