      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with daily file processing reviews for new move-ins and re-certifications for housing program properties
      - Prepare and update rent schedules, including income, rent, and utility allowances
      - Track, review, and prepare utility allowances and assist with reports for various agencies
      - Aid in preparing for internal and on-site audits as needed
      - Monitor state agency websites to ensure compliance with current forms and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience with government housing programs, specifically Section 42 Tax Credit Program, Rural Development, HUD, HOME, or Pra811
      - Experience as a Compliance Specialist or Affordable Community Manager
      - Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance
      - Ability to travel to sites as required, with a minimum of two days' notice

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HCCP, SCHM, TCS, RD, or COS designations are preferred
