      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and submit applications for mortgage lender or general business licensing for the company
      - Monitor continuing education requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and ensure compliance
      - Perform compliance checks to ensure accuracy of MLO information in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
      - Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and license renewals
      - Provide responsive and knowledgeable service to branches and internal departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1+ years of compliance experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong detail orientation and highly organized
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      - Prior experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced MS Excel skills preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with analyzing data related to the Mortgage Call Report and state-specific mortgage-related activity reports
      - General knowledge of the overall mortgage lending process
      - Related work experience or coursework in Business, Finance, or Legal fields
