      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee outpatient Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor audits, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
      - Develop, disseminate, and coordinate comprehensive training programs to support compliance policies
      - Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external sources regarding audits
      - Monitor and evaluate activities of outpatient billing areas related to audits and compliance projects
      - Perform targeted account audits and report findings to management and the Compliance Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related discipline
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant healthcare experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong knowledge of billing systems, Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor regulations
      - Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong analytical skills
      - Exceptional communication and organizational skills

      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Previous experience in compliance or billing within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and regulations
      - Proven ability to develop training materials and resources
      - Experience in project management or audit coordination
