What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Legal & Compliance team in designing and executing compliance assessments and reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize documents for regulatory agencies
- Manage the preparation and submission of license applications and oversee license renewals
- Assist in managing complaints and litigation-related matters
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure regulatory adherence

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex matters
- Comfortable working with data and numerical analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Paralegal certification is a plus
- Relevant experience in regulatory compliance is advantageous but not necessary
