What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in maintaining the employer's Compliance Program and guide special projects
- Respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies and external requests for information
- Monitor pending legislation and regulations affecting the employer's services
- Develop and conduct compliance training programs and perform periodic compliance audits
- Serve as a liaison on policies, contract issues, and quality improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs
- Working knowledge of laws and regulations in compliance, particularly HIPAA and state regulations
- Strong communication skills for conveying state and federal requirements to clients
- Ability to assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues
