What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, disseminate, and implement internal Ministry policies as required
- Research and analyze industry regulations, policy, and reporting requirements
- Manage compliance certifications and corporate governance needs
- Prepare reports for Internal Audit and Governance Committee to monitor compliance
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures across departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work history
- Familiarity with banking and financial services regulations
- Experience with data privacy and basic cybersecurity risk management
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Risk Management Certification preferred or sought (e.g., CIPP, CISA, HCSO, etc.)
- Experience in compliance training and development of internal policies
