What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, disseminate, and implement internal Ministry policies in accordance with leadership requirements
- Research industry regulations, policy, and reporting requirements, including HIPAA and DOI
- Manage compliance certifications, regulatory approvals, and corporate governance needs
- Prepare reports for Internal Audit, Governance Committee, and other leadership to monitor corporate compliance
- Oversee scheduling and execution of process self-checks and audits within Ministry departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable work history
- Familiarity with banking and financial services regulation
- Experience in data privacy and basic cybersecurity risk management
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Risk Management Certification preferred or sought (e.g., CIPP, CISA, HCSO, etc.)
- Experience in compliance training and development
