- Support with annual audits and remediation efforts
- Administer developer security training
- Assist with customer security questionnaires and internal compliance-related inquires
- Track and maintain current controls in the GRC application
- Help develop and maintain internal procedure documentation
- Monitor and track changes in security frameworks, including PCI DSS
- Conduct quarterly user access reviews
- Support with data security projects
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience is required.
- 2+ years of Compliance Experience - insurance experience is preferred, preferably with SaaS technology software solutions and very high-volume accounts.
- Expert in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Driven self-starter with a strong ability to identify and execute tasks independently without requiring close oversight
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to a fast-growing technology company
- Ability to function at a high-level and with a long-term strategy in mind
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that result in trust and long-standing relationships with internal teams and external customers

Overview: As a Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure our company adheres to industry security requirements, as well as internal security policies and procedures. You will support with audits, monitor processes, and controls, and assist with data security initiatives.
