      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and execute monitoring and forensic testing of compliance processes and controls
      - Develop and maintain compliance metrics and corporate key risk indicators
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish a calendar for forensic testing and monitoring
      - Analyze records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations and controls
      - Manage departmental compliance projects, including annual compliance testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Management, or related field, or equivalent business experience
      - 7+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a legal environment
      - Practical knowledge of payroll principles, government regulations, and payroll tax requirements
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision
