What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor OFAC/FinCen compliance and manage Verafin FRAML software
- Investigate and process disputes related to credit and debit card fraud
- Communicate with members regarding fraud activity and assist with error resolutions
- Conduct investigations to minimize loss from fraudulent activities
- Assist in educating staff on identifying and responding to potential fraud situations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of credit union operations and all relevant laws and regulations
