What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a compliance testing program focusing on automation and continuous improvement
- Maintain an inventory of compliance policies and procedures aligned with regulatory obligations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design the compliance testing plan based on product and service scope
- Identify compliance gaps and work with business units to remediate them
- Prepare materials for Risk Committees and Board meetings and escalate issues as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. financial institution compliance and/or internal audit
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving team

- Enthusiastic attitude towards blockchain and digital assets
- Experience with regulatory guidelines, including FINRA rules and regulations
- Familiarity with marketing communications compliance review processes
