What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify required permits, licenses, and registrations for new parking facilities
- Prepare and submit applications for permits and licenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Maintain a detailed database of all permits and licenses, including expiration dates and renewal requirements
- Collaborate with regulatory officials and local government agencies to resolve compliance issues
- Conduct in-depth research into local permitting and tax regulations, documenting findings and creating standardized processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a compliance, permitting, or regulatory role, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience navigating government processes, such as applying for permits or licenses
- Familiarity with tax compliance (e.g., sales tax, business taxes) is a plus
- Strong communication skills for direct interaction with officials
