What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead service center activities on new systems and product development entry processes to ensure compliance
- Perform audits including quality assessments, risk assessments, and compliance audits
- Draft audit reports, maintain audit schedules, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop plans of action
- Conduct research on state and federal rules and regulations, industry benchmarks, and company standards and practices
- Manage vendor relationships related to service center regulatory reporting and compliance activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a claims or compliance environment
- Extensive knowledge of insurance and compliance rules and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Progress towards or completion of industry-recognized professional designations
- Experience in multi-state policy, billing, or claim or compliance auditing
