      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct and manage regulatory exams and inquiries to build confidence within the regulatory community
      - Develop and execute compliance audit programs to identify vulnerabilities and ensure future compliance
      - Analyze regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions and provide actionable advice to business clients
      - Identify potential regulatory issues in business initiatives and offer creative solutions
      - Communicate effectively with a wide range of business clients, including senior leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of experience with commercial insurance and reinsurance products
      - Strong research and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience working with senior-level clients and business leaders
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - J.D. from an accredited law school
      - Experience with the International/London insurance market
      - Collaborative team player with self-motivation and resourcefulness
      - Excellent project management skills
