      - Identify potential regulatory issues in business initiatives and offer creative solutions
      - Communicate effectively with a wide range of clients, including senior leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of experience with Commercial insurance and reinsurance products
      - Strong research and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience working with senior-level clients or business leaders
      - Self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - J.D. from an accredited law school
      - Experience with the International/London insurance market
      - Collaborative team player with excellent project management skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
      - Intellectually curious with a broad understanding of insurance issues
