      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Compliance Program by partnering with Legal, Human Resources, and other business units
      - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and internal policies
      - Interpret medical records and analyze claim forms to ensure accurate coding and billing
      - Maintain knowledge of the False Claims Act and various payment methodologies
      - Provide guidance and education on compliance standards and documentation requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (nursing, HIM, healthcare administration, etc.) plus 2 years relevant auditing experience OR 6 years relevant auditing experience
      - Minimum of 2 years relevant auditing experience
      - One or more current certifications: CCS, CCS-P, CIC, COC, CPC, CRC, CHC, CDIP, CPMA, RHIA, or RHIT
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Comprehensive knowledge of federally funded program regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s or advanced degree in a related field (nursing, HIM, healthcare administration, etc.)
      - 4 years relevant auditing experience
      - Experience in audit education and public speaking
