      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Compliance Program by partnering with Legal, Human Resources, and other business units
      - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, Medicare/Medicaid, and Ministry-wide policies
      - Interpret medical records, claim forms, and remittance advice to ensure accuracy
      - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the False Claims Act and related payment methodologies
      - Ensure adherence to documentation requirements for coding and billing in federally funded programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (nursing, HIM, healthcare administration, etc.) plus 4 years of relevant auditing experience OR 8 years of relevant auditing experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant auditing experience
      - Current certification in one or more of the following: CCS, CCS-P, CIC, COC, CPC, CRC, CHC, CDIP, CPMA, RHIA, RHIT
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Comprehensive knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to federally funded programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s or advanced degree in a related field (nursing, HIM, healthcare administration, etc.)
      - Experience in audit education and public speaking is strongly preferred
