      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage implementation of new or revised regulatory requirements in support of the Compliance Management System (CMS)
      - Analyze regulations to determine their impact on the employer and ensure compliance
      - Collaborate with various teams on key projects related to compliance and regulatory matters
      - Oversee periodic self-monitoring/testing to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
      - Partner with departments to identify training needs and assist in developing role-based training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 8 years related experience in Compliance or Risk Management
      - Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification or other relevant certification preferred but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in regulatory compliance within the financial services industry
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage risks associated with regulatory violations
      - Proven ability to collaborate with various departments for compliance improvements
