What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze external laws and regulations to aid in the development and revision of BSA/AML governance documents
- Prepare reports for management on examination results and metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Track new and modified projects and their impact on the BSA/AML program
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure compliance
- Maintain knowledge of current laws, regulations, and policies affecting the bank

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related field OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
- Prior experience in preparing presentations and reporting for senior management
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
- Strong commitment and dedication to the role
