      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute and manage the company’s SOC2 and PCI compliance programs, including annual third-party audits
      - Draft, implement, and amend policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards
      - Serve as Chief AML Compliance Officer for Hopper Money, managing regulatory oversight for money transmitter licenses
      - Collaborate with legal teams to analyze applicable laws and regulations impacting Hopper’s products
      - Manage ongoing licensing compliance and respond to regulatory examination requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS degree; JD preferred but not required
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services compliance, including 3+ years as an AML compliance officer
      - Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to expand compliance knowledge beyond AML
      - In-depth understanding of compliance risks and internal control frameworks
      - Proven ability to develop compliance policies and procedures from the ground up

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and/or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
      - Expertise in BSA/AML and money transmission regulations
