      About the Opportunity

      We are seeking an energetic and dynamic RN Clinical Compliance Partner with experience in Assisted Living to be part of our Compliance Team. Although prior compliance experience is preferred, we place a high value on intelligence, drive and willingness to learn and grow, making this an excellent opportunity for a professional who is willing to work hard and make him or herself an indispensable member of our team. The right individual will be committed to providing the superior service levels that our field professionals and clients need and expect.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Performs on-site community compliance audits in our Assisted Living Communities

      • Tracks corrective action plans related to any adverse findings

      • Conducts objective investigations involving compliance and clinical issues

      • Facilitates other required compliance activities

      • Provides education on ALF and HIPAA regulations, which may require additional travel

      • Travel required up to 70% of the time

      Minimum Requirements

      • RN in good standing with an active state license (in TX, CA, ID or compact)

      • Experience in Healthcare Compliance and/or the Assisted Living environment

      • Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the Assisted Living industry

      • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

      • Resides within 50 miles of major airport in Southern California, Boise or Texas

      • Willing to travel to Assisted Living Communities in Idaho, California and Texas

      • Ability to work with all levels of management on potential compliance/regulatory issues
      • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
      • Ability to write comprehensive reports that reflect professionalism and accuracy
      • Works well independently in a home office environment on long term projects and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
      • Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity
      • Experience creating presentations and presenting to groups
      • Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the compliance function in a large organization
      • Exhibits analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes
