      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site surveys to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for Personal Care Homes
      - Monitor and maintain compliance records and reports
      - Plan and implement surveys and investigations for licensure or certification of regulated facilities
      - Gather and analyze data through interviews, observations, and record reviews
      - Represent the department in cases of non-compliance with regulatory standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience; or Associate degree in a related field with three (3) years of experience; or four (4) years of related professional experience
      - Must be willing to travel extensively within the South and Southwest parts of Georgia
      - Valid Georgia driver's license required for driving in the state
      - Experience in a clinical role at a personal care home is strongly urged
      - Strong investigative reporting and documentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification(s) and/or degree in related healthcare fields
      - Experience as a Registered Nurse/LPN, or licensed professional in a healthcare setting
      - Background in utilization review and/or quality assurance
      - Proven experience in conducting assessments based on regulations and accreditation standards
      - Skills in interpreting medical and health-related issues
