What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the Bank's Compliance Management Program
- Conduct quality control reviews and monitoring related to regulatory compliance and customer identification
- Monitor and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to federal and state laws
- Provide feedback on potential control weaknesses and staff training needs to the Director of Compliance
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of independent audits and regulatory examinations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; comparable professional experience will be considered
- Minimum of 10 years of banking experience or in a comparable field
- Knowledge of banking regulatory certifications preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Banking regulatory certifications
- Knowledge of payment processing, TPPP, and FinTech requirements
- Experience training, mentoring, and coaching employees
- Aptitude to fulfill interim Director of Compliance role
