What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Compliance Manager with internal reviews, research, and audits to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Document findings and organize data to identify potential risk areas
- Maintain and operate the Document Management System (DMS) and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist in the review and management of third-party audits and verify compliance with applicable regulations
- Investigate and resolve compliance and privacy-related complaints or concerns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira Service Desk
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical compliance regulations
