What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct audits and investigations into alleged violations of state real estate laws and regulations
- Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed investigative reports
- Testify on behalf of the agency during administrative hearings and court cases
- Collaborate with legal teams and regulatory agencies to support case preparation and enforcement
- Perform various tasks as assigned to support the mission and goals of the department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Thorough understanding of state real estate laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret contracts and financial statements
- Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid state-issued driver license appropriate to the assignment
