What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform Plan Required Reporting and analyze related specifications
- Create and maintain monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports
- Conduct secret shop visits to assess compliance and customer service
- Document and submit detailed reports on visits and interactions
- Conduct audits of enrollment applications and telephonic audits of Facilitated Enrollers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS/BC degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience (4+ years) in a related field
- 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry in a related field
- Excellent communication, observation, and written skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Additional 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry in a related field
- Background in compliance auditing or quality assurance
