      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review move-ins and certifications within specified timelines to ensure compliance
      - Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to meet regulatory requirements from funding sources and agencies
      - Conduct compliance file reviews and prepare for audits and inspections
      - Maintain communication records and submit required reports to local, state, or federal agencies
      - Provide support to Community Managers in preparing certification notices and tenant income certifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry or a similar field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the affordable housing industry
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with AMSI, Yardi, or RealPage is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of state and local landlord/tenant laws
      - Ability to manage multiple high priorities effectively
      - Flexible demeanor and positive attitude
      - Experience attending training seminars related to funding programs
