What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor regulatory and company policy compliance across multiple properties
- Conduct quarterly on-site reviews for various funding sources and ensure adherence to Fair Housing standards
- Provide compliance-related consultative services to site managers and staff
- Identify trends in noncompliance and recommend corrective actions
- Assist the Compliance Director with the implementation of policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a housing regulatory agency
- Experience in multi-regional property management is preferred
- Certifications such as Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), or Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) are desirable
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in property management or housing regulatory agency
- Additional certifications such as Blended Occupancy Specialist or Specialist in Housing Credit Management
- Strong team player and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset
