What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the review of compliance notifications and assess their impact on processes and client needs
- Organize and coordinate audits, effectively discussing business processes with clients
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and requests for regulatory information
- Fulfill client requests for documentation within specified timeframes
- Support the Zinnia SOC 1 audit, facilitating business control walkthroughs and testing selections

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with three or more years of experience in financial services, life insurance, annuity, and mutual funds
- Strong research skills and experience in related documentation
- High attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced skills in Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in multiple functional areas such as annuity administration, distribution administration, or customer service
- Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and time management skills
- Earned LOMA ACS designation is preferred
- Background in technical training for areas like business analysis or programming
- Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and completion of related courses
