What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison to campuses and the University's Compliance Office to ensure adherence to state and university policies
- Oversee the review and maintenance of high school dual credit affiliation agreements in collaboration with the Office of General Counsel
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of clinical affiliation agreements, liaising with clinical coordinators and external partners
- Support the collection and reporting of allied health student background information in compliance with clinical agreements
- Prepare operational reports, recommend improvements, and implement process changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to interpret and communicate policies and processes effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to education
- Background in training or providing support to faculty and staff
- Skills in data analysis and report preparation
