      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor compliance and HIPAA-related concerns and report areas of risk
      - Conduct research to stay updated with new compliance rules and regulatory changes
      - Perform compliance training, policy attestations, and manage Conflict-of-Interest reporting
      - Coordinate with Regional Compliance Managers to onboard new entities and ensure compliance postings
      - Investigate employee Hotline reports and recommend corrective action plans as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (required)
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare organization with accountability for compliance activities
      - Understanding of compliance and HIPAA regulations
      - Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and mandatory training programs
      - Experience with policy management systems and compliance reporting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in healthcare compliance
      - Familiarity with investigation and reporting systems for compliance matters
      - Experience in managing breach notification requirements under HIPAA
      - Previous involvement in special projects related to compliance in healthcare
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to present data effectively to leadership
