      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality helpdesk services and act as a single point of contact for users
      - Manage incidents and service requests related to IT functions of the organization
      - Support hardware and software for user computers and Audio/Video systems throughout their lifecycle
      - Conduct orientation for new users and ensure compliance with computer security policies
      - Track IT-related asset inventory and assist in problem-solving initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience in a customer support environment
      - Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware and software
      - Proficiency in Windows 10, MacOS, and respective applications
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical issues to a wide audience
      - Demonstrated time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Linux and working in a help desk environment
      - Familiarity with automated image deployment and audiovisual systems in educational settings
      - Experience setting up virtual meetings via Zoom/Google Meet, etc.
      - Knowledge of backup systems like CrashPlan/Code42, Google Drive, etc.
      - Experience in an Active Directory/Group Policy environment and network/phone connections
