What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the maintenance, optimization, and oversight of an organization's data infrastructure
- Assist in monitoring, updating, and maintaining data tables in both classified and unclassified environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data productization, AI/ML initiatives, and automation projects
- Document processes, system configurations, and updates for knowledge sharing
- Assist in Incident Response and System Recovery Efforts during outages or security incidents

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data storage and retrieval
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and willingness to learn more advanced practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying system inefficiencies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (GSEC, GICSP, CND, CySA+, Security+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security)
- Familiarity with Apache Spark or similar distributed data processing frameworks
- Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization
- Awareness of data access control best practices (e.g., Immuta)
- One or more relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Agile/Scrum
