What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and maintain the organization's data tables to ensure optimal data flow and system performance
- Lead efforts to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in classified and unclassified environments
- Develop, implement, and refine data pipelines for seamless integration across multiple data sources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with SQL database systems and data modeling techniques for large-scale data management
- Strong background in Agile project delivery, including experience with Jira or similar tools
- Proven ability to maintain data security standards and support regulatory compliance in sensitive environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification may be required
- Familiarity with Apache Spark or comparable distributed data processing frameworks
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools for data visualization
- Knowledge of data governance platforms and cloud-based analytics solutions
- Awareness of data access control best practices and frameworks
