      The Computer Systems Tech is more than just a modern day electrical technician. They provide hardware support to multiple lines of businesses. The Computer Systems Tech might respond to a point of sale call, park ticketing booth, a time clock concern and even an IOS device call. The Computer Systems Tech is expected to resolve trouble tickets assigned to them by the end of each shift. The Computer System Tech might be expected to complete work alone or in a team environment, all the while supporting guests and clients, so strong guest service skills are a must. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.

      The pay rate for this position is $35.99/hr
      • Valid Florida Driver’s License
      • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in computer hardware support
      • Experience with Mac OS, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Windows 7 and 10 operating systems
      • Ability to handle confidential information
      • Possess HP Desktop/Notebook and IBM Lenovo Certifications or ability to obtain in 90 days of hire
      • Experience installing and troubleshooting NCR and DLI Point of Sale equipment
        • PAX, Tap to Pay, etc
      • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
      • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
      • Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices
      • COMPTIA Network+ Certification, MCP Microsoft Windows 7 Professional, HP and Lenovo Certification
      • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent work experience
      • COMPTIA Network+ Certification, MCP Microsoft Windows 7 Professional, HP and Lenovo Certification

      Schedule Availability:
      Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Schedules and start times are subject to vary.
