HS diploma/GED PLUS Graduate of an approved Radiology program
New graduate or less than one (1) year of experience
Registry eligible or registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
ART license must be obtained prior to start date and CT Advanced Certification obtained within 12 months of hire
Baccalaureate Degree
One (1) year or more of CT experience
Advanced Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist in Computed Tomography
Executes imaging exams and manage exam data, including documenting contrast administrations and line placement/removal and verifying images are available for dictation.
Provides patient care, including coordination of patient preparation and scans. Communicates with patients and their physicians about exam information and results.
May assist in managing staff scheduling.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The CT technologist will be responsible for providing quality diagnostic imaging for medical interpretation. Duties will include: operating CT equipment, handling patients, venipuncture, post-processing of images, patient transport, working with electronic medical records, and communication with physicians and other services.
