What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Monitor query outputs and evaluate audit performance outcomes
- Educate team members and stakeholders on audit opportunities and concepts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree preferred; equivalent related health field experience will be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, coding, auditing, finance, or accounting
- Proficiency with Medicare reimbursement methodologies and billing guidelines required
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, with proven experience in data mining and analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AAPC or AHIMA certification (e.g., coding, revenue cycle) preferred
- Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as SQL or SAS
- Prior auditing or consulting experience in a provider or payer environment
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
